your assumption makes you look like an a$$. if lester made that comment id say lester is wrong as well. its clear by the time the jury has been deliberating that the issue is tough for everyone.

you posed a case where all the white jurors vote the same and its up to the remaining black jurors. thats a huge assumption in a case where no one seems to feel comfortable with a verdict.

ya, cause blacks haven't rioted in response for the mistreatment of their own kind, even when the person that was mistreated was in the wrong. There has never been a stronger sense of community for the blacks then now.
