One juror is definitely napping.
Well there is one "guilty" vote.

I would be too based off what I am reading

I see him walking!! To many inconsistencies with the state. I've followed this on WWL the entire trial. Fuller is outstanding

he's been babbling for an hour
he gets on a piece of evidence then goes off on a tangent for like 8 minutes

Sleepy juror looks like he is struggling to keep his eyes open. Another woman in the back has her hand on the side of her face.

They've already made up their mind. Hayes is toast

Fuller clearly forgets a person's attention span lasts about 5 minutes
dragging out a closing like this is asking to lose people (inc. jurors)

We are 90 mins into Fuller closing argument. Hasn't yet directly addressed Hayes' testimony Will Smith fired 1st, or denial he shot Racquel

Another juror has a sleeping mask on and a onesie on.

I can't imagine any coding for a controversial murder case being 5mins.

Fuller now 90 minutes into his closing argument. A juror looks to still be sleeping, some others look to be disengaged. @wdsu

He only needs 3/12. Going to be interesting either way. Wonder how long the jury takes to come to a decision.

my point is he closing should've been closer to the prosecution's 45-55 minutes... not babbling for 1:30-2 hrs

He has completely lost them. And then the best in the building will stand up.

One of the jurors was just slouching in his seat, staring at the ceiling.

Another juror now was just resting his head on his hand. Appeared to have his eyes closed. Squirming in chair now.

Who are you calling the best in the building?

assuming Rodrigue
multiple legal analysts say she's pretty legit on closing... assuming she'll do the rebuttal closing by prosecution

Was obvious Fuller was going to ramble way too much and has a bunch of nothing but trying to salvage his own rep
