Fuller is about to pick apart the states case. This is going to win it for him because they are holes and a lack of facts, imo

This is actually good leading by fuller. I know half this thread will now call me Hayes brother

He is bombing so far. Worst I've seen from him.

Racquel also testified that she didn't see where Will put his gun when he put it back in the car when he couldn't take it into FQF. He could have just put it between the seat and the console OR he could have put it within reach when he left Sake Cafe.
The only one who can answer these questions cannot speak.
Edited to add: IF the glove box wasn't closed properly it could pop open with a low speed impact.

Racquel testified it is usually in glovebox
At crime scene, glovebox is open and the gun is not there, but in between seats instead

But CH says gun was brandished and fired, which never happened from all objective evidence. Credibility gone and now just smoke and mirrors by Fuller IMO

While I know that all of these players/coaches loved their teammate and his family, I'm still hoping that the jury can see past this and give the dude a fair trial. All I want is fair and unbiased but is that ever possible in this day and age?? (I'm on neither side of this ... )
