This story is do freaking ridiculous. How anyone with a brain can buy any of this bullshite is beyond me. After keeping up with this trial, Hayes needs to spend the rest of his life behind bars. Sad too because it's just another idiot that is such a pussy that he'd take another life with very little true threat.

That may be true...
Whatever, I'm not here to argue with you.

I'm not. It's just sad with today's climate. Lives list because idiots not guns.

I'm no attorney but how could his defense attorney let him say that WS shot a gun with there being no proof? Someone is lying ... is it Hayes or the experts and NOPD??

I'm invested in getting a trigger happy hot-head of the streets of the City where I live ........ Or, I'm invested in seeing an innocent man go free, based on corroborated evidence.
My reading of the evidence leads to the first.

That is one angle I am guessing

What type of attorney is Mordock?? Foret is retweeting the Hayes is the most credible witness.
CJ Mordock ?@CJMordock 3m3 minutes ago
Of all the witnesses, including the independent witnesses, Hayes account of what happened is the most credible

Counting on the jury to have sympathy/distrust NOPD.

Well he wasn't drunk like ever other eye witness.

God I hope I never actually make it to a jury ... I would be so afraid to lock someone up who was actually innocent OR to let someone off who was actually guilty.
I'd the be crying white woman! What do I need to say to get out of jury duty when it's something on this level???

That is hilarious. The testimony made by the guy whose life is on the line, that has no evidence to back it up, is the most credible. Yeah right. He may sound the best, but he can purger himself all day without any concern for the consequences. If he is caught lying that is just a few years added on to the 40 he would already get for murder 2, manslaughter, attempted murder, or whatever they attempt to pin on him.

And yet he's still on the stand claiming Hernandez had tattoos on his face.

Hayes, still sobbing: 'We'd both still be with our families.' He is offered a tissue, collects himself.
We have come full circle

There are juries that exist that would have real trouble reaching a verdict in this case. I just don't know if this is that jury.
Does this mean he thinks the jury will convict?

Started with RS. Ends with the other family
