Actually Napoli is lying, and fuller will point this out. Horrible move
One of Napolis witnesses said there was hand checking between Smith and Hayes, with Smith being the aggressor and Hayes playing defense

One witness, that testified, woke up out of his bed and came and filmed (Italian sounding name). He was home sleeping. We have no evidence of him being drunk.
Nado indicated Hayes is the only sober witness.
Hayes buddy was not also not drunk. His testimony differs.
