I specifically asked him one time if he 'should be posting about ONGOING cases before him in family court' and, like he did many times to many posters, he blew it off and said he was perfectly within his rights as long as he didn't name names and specific details.

He's still claiming that it happened, he has been 100% truthful, yet he forfeited $10k, and supposedly did community service (he did not do anything of the sort). His lawyer said they were ready to go to trial, and the DA dropped charges because they had no case
