Is that a Haitian necktie reference?

Do you get upset when we make the "white people travel ball/retarded kid names jokes" too?

I have never been, but I know a few white dudes who have gone (they went with a teammate who talked them into going. Another one went with a guy from work and someone else I know told me he was talking with some people who were talking about it and he told them he always wanted to go just to check it out and they wanted him to go with them so he went) and they all said the same thing. It's not something they were interested in going to again, but they did have a really good time.

The quality of football sucks, but 80% of the people there don't really care about the game all that much.. They are more interested in the halftime show and going out after.

If I had nothing else to do and had an opportunity to go (with a group of people), i'd go just for the experience.

at the end of the day racial cultures are simply different and it's perfectly normal for someone to feel uncomfortable when they find themselves in a setting that is outside of their norm. Not every event is meant for everyone.

I just find it funny that people get upset that black jokes are made around here when there are just as many threads making fun of white people. The OT is an equal opportunity offender.

If you translate it from oweo, it translates to "I'm a loser and have no friends, so I make up long stories that people DGAF about."

I've been to the fan fest a few times. It's a free concert and good for people watching.

I also like to check out the street food scene down there.

Hell, I've even purchased some t shirts from one guy.

Won't make it to fan fest, but I'll be dodging mattresses on I-10 Monday morning.
