I'm torn. I definitely cringed reading that and I want to be against it, but I am absolutely sure I have done worse. And according to my wife, I am absolutely correct in that assumption.
I tried explaining to her that I am the same fricking hilarious guy she thought I was while we were dating, and the only thing that changed was we got married. She felt my case was severely weakened by the fact during my explanation we were at a taqueria and I was wearing a faded 10 year old t-shirt with the words "Relax gringo, I am Legal" on it. And I'm not Hispanic.
