I dated two highly probables in my teen years, and one definite borderline as an adult. The latter stalked me, slit her wrist on my kitchen floor, would hit herself during fights while threatening to call the cops, made up lurid abuse allegations after we split up, threated to sue me for “custody” of my cat (yes, she used the word custody), etc., etc.

We know someone who was going through a similar situation. Wife was accusing him of abuse against her and the kids. Without her knowing, he had cameras installed in the house and was able to use the footage to clear his name and as leverage in the divorce.

There should be no person in prison for simple marijuana possession if they have no violent priors. Wouldn’t your point be more impactful if you compared it to an offense where there are a huge amount of people locked up?

I saw a good video from Ben Shapiro on the believe all women thing. Basically saying, no, I will not forgo due process simply because the accuser is a certain gender.
