Bryan was creepier than I could ever have imagined, both he and Stephen display obvious sociopath/psychopath behavior. Bryan is completely gone, has no self awareness whatsoever with his glib talk and superficial charm, “put on” southern gentleman voice. These crafty Krentels so far are manipulating the media. Where are the hard questions about the details of the dwi arrest? Where are the hard questions about the affair?
Instead what we are witnessing is a subtle shift to victim blaming, questioning, etc. People, pay close attention to this deflection they are attempting to place on Nan’s character.
After viewing this there is no doubt in my mind that Stephen and Bryan were well acquainted with the dark side of life, they had this done.

In all honesty, though, St. Tammany Parish has historically been a violent place. But I know what you mean, particularly with the riff raff from the South Shore polluting the area.

I would say that you should cut Randy Smith some slack overall and with that Warren Montgomery,the DA. They inherited messes that are not of their doing. For the past 20+ years Jack Strain operated the STPSO as his own personal financial program. There were a lot of cases that had gotten swept under the rug and a lot of impounded cars that simply "disappeared". Montgomery is still in the midst of weeding out his office the remnants of Walter Reed's bunch that operated with relative impugnity for years.
The Krentel situation has more than a few St. Tammanny cops flummoxed. I know a few detectives with the Sheriff's office and one with the coroner ( Preston is an honest man) that think Krentel did it, but he's covered his tracks so well that they can't get any traction.
GingerKittie, I'm wondering, given the work schedules of firemen, was Krentel also in a side gig. A lot of these guy have side jobs.
This guy is a district fire chief and his wife a retired school teacher, yet he has a lot of expensive toys for people that would be considered middle class.

Something doesn’t add up. Whomever did this had to have access into that home. No way some random broke in and killed someone described as a gun enthusiast. It was stated that she had one in her purse, car, and I’m sure throughout the house.

Have they done an extensive look at their financial statements to see if there are any large withdrawls that could have been done to pay a hitman?

Not knowing much about this case or reading much about it until seeing those videos, that husband did this shite.

Gee, I was only born and raised there. my dad lived there all his life, and my family goes back 5 generations there. I have many family members on their various fire depts and grew up with Steve and Bryan as friends and their parents were considered my aunt and uncle. But I'm not here to bicker with you about that. About the fact that they passed polygraphs. Well no surprise there. Psychopaths/sociopaths are often able to pass those because they have no conscience or remorse.
Steve hasnt even asked his brother about the case and is just taking LEOs word that he has an alibi? OH BS. If he hasn't asked it because he already knows.
As for Bry's lil interview, what a liar. He knows he hated her, had told her threatening things and that she feared him.
Why on earth didnt steve's video security system store footage elsewhere? He would have access to such technology and gadgets and based upon the issues were having, why wouldnt they have such things???

Absolutely. And nobody goes through that much trouble to get rid of evidence unless they're very close to the victim or would be one of the obvious suspects.

The fact that he can not maintain sobriety will be the reason this case gets solved. In the meantime what can we do to get more attention and heat on this case? Ginger Kittie, I would like to speak to you personally but can not put my information out there, are you in direct communication with Nan’s sisters? I do not understand the need to be rude, if you are not interested in what others have to say why not just move along ? That is what healthy people do, they understand that other people are entitled to their own thoughts and respect that.
