First 90 days are tough with little sleep.

No, I really don’t. It was thick and detailed and almost like a med school textbook. Got to a very detailed level that I just skipped some of it.

My No BS tips are as follows:
-White Noise (Dohm) Sound Machines.
One for your room, one for the babies room and a travel one.
-Velcro swaddles. Only fricking magicians and pediatric nurses can swaddle a baby tight enough with a reg. blanket.
-Do everything in your power to get your wife to breast feed. This will absolve you of at least a few weeks of waking up in the middle of the night.
The catch 22 is you also need the baby to learn how to take a bottle or the first time you're alone with the baby and they're hungry, but won't take a bottle, you are fricking SOL.
That's what I got....Good luck.
No amount of forewarning or tales can prepare you for the ride your about to take, both good and bad.
