I am proud of being born and raised in South Louisiana, aka, the Real Louisiana. You're nothing but south Arkansas and East Texas to me, always will be. It's egregious to even consider that dump part of Louisiana.

or move out of the free gubment housing or trailer park to monroe or baton rouge to get a job. The closest welfare office is in monroe now and the bums drive there atleast once a month. They should just move there and maybe they could get a job.

By "real" do you mean NOLA, because everyone outside there they consider not from Louisiana or you from Acadiana because they do as well. Cutoff, New Roads, New Iberia? Each one of them thinks that you are just South Texas or Mississippi refuse interloping.

That dump is one of hundreds of beautiful areas along the delta that have devolved into the mess they are today. From St. Louis to Memphis to St. Joseph. The delta is a sad shell of itself.
