If it was determined that he needed medical assistance and was incapacitated why did Chauvin continue to kneel on his neck?

Because he wasn't actually incapacitated?

He was a large man and a danger to himself or others because of the drugs in his system and needed to be restrained, somehow. A knee to the upper back is procedure in that case, for all I know about policing.

Read up about Excited Delirium.....it is actually mentioned in the body cam footage (plus per the MPD training manual the restraining hold Chauvin used is what should be used in excited delirium).

If you can say,”I can’t breathe” repeatedly, physically you can breathe.

You have to be incapacitated to have overdosed?

Because calling the paramedics is what you do when someone is apparently having a drug overdose.

Have you bothered to watch a full video from any of the police officers body cam?

But wouldn't an opioid drug overdose work to subdue an individual in and of itself? An overdosing (opioids) and dying person surely can't put up too much'a fuss.

Well shucks, they done wasted all this effort on a trial and due process when all they had to realize is that drugged out persons are never a threat to themselves or others and in need of restraint.
