It seems like the tattooed folks are the ones mad that non-tattooed think their decision is a poor one that's extremely popular right now- more than ever.
Like fat people and vegans.

It isn’t hate.

It is poor decision making. That doesn’t even address the fact that people do it to be uniquely the same as everyone else who does it.

Always found that funny.

“Look at me! I’m as unique as every other person who followed this trend!”

We were a far better society when the only people with tattoos were bikers, military, or convicts.

I'm late to this thread, but whoa, that's one way to reinforce a stereotype.

I can almost assuredly say that you have associated with a few and never even knew it.

Disregard them.

There’s a lot of closet homos here. They dislike tattoos for some reason.

Maybe I misused the word then. So not hate, but just a dislike or poor decision making. I get that. That’s your God given right. But I never had someone tell me to my face how it was a bad decision or trashy. Quite the opposite actually.

Yes, there are bad tattoos. Majority are actually. But some can actually be very creative.

Sure. Here’s a few. If you have tattoos I can understand why they wouldn’t come to mind.

How tattoos will affect future employment.

How tattoos will look when you age and your skin gets stretched, wrinkled, and/or flabby.

How tattoos will appear to your children or grandchildren.

How you appear when you are attempting to convey seriousness to persons who think tattoos are trashy, and exhibit poor decision-making skills and a lack of intelligence, including forethought.

People without tattoos don’t have to worry about any of these things.

I hope a serial tattooer chloroforms them and gives them all a tattoo one day. Their ignorance is exhausting and they give way too many shits about something they should just ignore.

It's like some people are trying to create a persona that they didn't earn, or even fully understand.
I have a lot of scars that I came by through living, each one has a story and a lesson learned the hard way.
I wear long sleeve shirts and keep my cap pulled down low.
