That's the baseline.
You don't go from a slope of 3.56 to 7.3 without a change.
To explain the rate of change gap it would be nice to know how many people in the sample population have received the vaxx. I think it's safe to assume about 80% had the vaxx because the CDC estimates that 81% of the U.S. population have gotten at least one COVID vaxx.
This. Food and lifestyle choices haven’t changed that dramatically since 2020. You can probably call that variable constant for the 2020-present time period.

How does this explain overweight males? There are plenty of them.
Well..
As modern feminism has redefined what beauty is or what is considered a standard of beauty or a standard of responsible behavior
which at one time did include being healthy, working hard, take the responsibilities for your decisions.
It's not feminism by itself it's just all the new beliefs that feminism shares an origin point.
Communism, atheism. liberalism,
all the rainbow of the Im ok you're ok bullshite
its al absolutely is rooted in selfishness because there's new morality that everything is OK and its ok for you to be irresponsible
really just a way for people to say and then that means I'm not doing anything wrong either because I'm allowed to just freely follow up on my destructive urges same as you

i dunno, it could be the average kid 50-60 years ago grew up with relatively balanced diet and regular exercise and the average kid today is obese from junk foods, pre diabetic, and gets winded looking at stairs.

That’s a MASSIVE jump
And that’s exactly the time gap we started seeing mega fatties increasing as well as “BMI is stupid” becoming common for people in 20s who should still be fit

We have a whole generation of young kids ripping nicotine like crazy because they think it’s “healthy” since it doesn’t have tobacco
and yeah again we agree - although I've never been a nicotine user of any sort.

Has to.
Good buddy of mine lives off of them at work. He works out every day and is in pretty good shape, yet I still worry about him.

What are yall so worried about with energy drinks? It’s really no different than coffee health wise, the only risk is total caffeine consimption

I don’t know why I bother, but to the vax people
The rates of strokes in Europe is not increasing in the same time period like it is here in America
If it were “the clot shot”, please explain that

Simple....the "covid" shot.
You do realize that the trend started long before COVID and well before the vaccine was developed
