Ours was out today (Middletown). Hopefully it’ll be restocked for my order on Wednesday.

The grocery I went to Saturday had tons of milk, but were basically out of almond milk which was frustrating.

Snow storm coming, potential loss of power. Get milk and bread

Viral pandemic, no potential power loss. Get toilet paper and lettuce.

... it's perishable?

Honestly we buy HJED ultra-pasteurized organic whole milk. $2.89 1/2 gallon. Just looked at 3 we bought this past weekend. Expiration dates are April 21, April 21, and May 6th. Yes, May 6th. Unbelievable how long it lasts.

buy organic if you can find it....
it has a long shelf life because the organic method is to superheat it.
usually more than month and it does last.
it is what i regularly buy..

it is all i buy.
i have two residences and bounce back and forth and weeks/months at a time.
so will buy it at my vacation condo...leave to go back to my primary house and return a couple weeks later to my vacation condo.

i enjoy the milk/cream that was left there previously...i enjoy it for another week or two.

so yes it does last for me.
not sure what you are doing wrong....

I'm going to start milking my neighbor's cat as a backup.

Guaranteed fresh.

The wife & I just happened to make the switch to organic milk a couple of months ago- once I saw how long of a shelf life it had, we were sold!
