Why isn't a beer delivery service a thing?

12 packs of decent beer and cases of crap beer are about the same price as pizza. It could potentially reduce duis because of late night beer runs. What's stopping this from being a thing?

I work at Amazon as an OT baller engineer. And yes, Amazon Prime delivers beer including groceries.

UBER is what I do. You can call the driver ahead of time to get you beer and track their movement via GPS.
