yeah, I am. According to you guys, Coke Zero must be the healthiest thing on the planet.
That you can eat as much as your body can hold of the right things without gaining weight is so out there. Who could believe such a thing?

I lost 27 lbs. simply by reading the labels. Cut out the carbs and the sugars. Say bye to fast food everyday and sodas. You have to make up your mind that you don’t want to look like you’re pregnant and tired all of the time.

Do you have low self-esteem?
As for as this thread
I just asked a simple question and made an obvious observation. What does that have to do with my self esteem?
This is probably my third post in this entire thread. Why do you care about my feelings?

TH03 and MingoWasHisName-O can both eat a dick!!!
Doing what I do I lost 3 more pounds in the last 2 days while going up 20lbs in max bench since I last did chest on Thursday.
This is while doing no exercise yesterday and eating 3 whole scrambled eggs and 3 pancakes for breakfast, a medium pizza from Pizza Hut for lunch, and spaghetti for dinner last night.

And you wonder why you are pushing three bills.

couple reasons, but this is the basic dichotomy:
1. sugar in everything. there are direct and indirect impacts. the indirect impacts involve changes in your body/gut that literally warp your palate and hormones that seriously affect cravings. it becomes a major addiction
2. hunger overrides your brain. being addicted to an external substance is one thing, but the needs/wants of hunger are a completely different level of need. when our body tells us we are hungry, it overrides most everything else. add in the tainted palate/hormones along with an over-abundance of bad food, and most people give in.
that's the main thing, but there are some other random issues. sedentary lifestyle of the modern human, snacking, over-sized portions, etc.
there are also theories that your body kind of develops its idea of a normal weight and resists losing weight, or, if you do lose weight, will inch back to that "normal" weight. that's probably a hormonal thing but it does explain why pretty much everyone who tries to lose weight long-term fails

bad choices. Its that simple.

it's more than that. yes, ultimately, it's a choice, but your brain literally overrides your logic functions
when our brain/body thinks we're starving, our internal survival mechanisms take over and "choice" becomes a lot less relevant

Why is it so hard for most people to lose weight?
Because it requires the sort of self discipline that most don't possess in today's society. It isn't hard, but there are no instant results and people fall into the easy habits.
I started the year weighing 235 at 5' 10", As of last week I am 208. The goal is sub 200 by the end of the summer.
Cutting out the things that I liked wasn't easy, but I did it and kept at it.

And I can dig a hole with a shovel too. It's just a lot easier with a back hoe.

Congrats on bragging about being 100 lbs overweight. Do you want to be on a magazine cover like that fat nasty bitch compadre of yours?
