Why Is Calling a Woman 'Crazy' Their Ultimate Trigger?

Maybe it's just me but any time i've called a woman crazy it has set them off. I mean 0-60 in 2.5 also see it in other settings as well. When a man calls a woman crazy they just go off. I mean this just furthers the sentiment that they are in fact crazy. Is it because they secretly know it's probably true?
Would love for the LLotOT to chime in as well.
Some examples:
TL;DR If you want to piss off a woman with the quickness...call them crazy.

Look, we already know we are kinda crazy.....being reminded of it (by a male no less) automatically puts us in defense mode.
