from a politcal stand point it shouldnt be for either side. I like the ruling more from a states right standpoint.

from a moral standpoint its kind of a big deal and should be a considered a great thing

from a social standpoint of abandoned kids, more crime and things of the like....prolly should be considered a terrible ruling.

as usual things are not nearly as black and white as they seem to so many.

and for the record, this didnt allow or ban abortion, all it said was this was not a federal issue covered in the constitution and if you want abortion to be legal on a federal level you would have to pass a federal law on it, if not the rights go back to the state. just like the constitution says.

The same people screaming about taking your guns because 18 children were killed in Uvalde, are essentially the same people screaming that women should be allowed to do the same. Yet to millions of kids

You are ending a life. Some do it with a scalpel, some with a gun

If you are upset about how an unhinged man took life in an elementary school, then you shouldnt give unhinged women (see: Amber Heard) a pass on doing the same

Well from a moral standpoint murder is a pretty big deal. For that reason, I like the Supreme Court decision.

From a legal standpoint the constitution is a pretty big deal. For that reason, I absolutely LOVE the Supreme Court decision.

In many (definitely not all) cases it's about escaping responsibility for your actions.

There will be billions in political donations made over this by the fringe elements of both parties, shepherds do what shepherds do, fleece the flock.

The fact most of us DNGAF really does not matter, pandering pays.

Agreed. In cases of rape, incest, mother's health, severe birth defects, etc. there should be options. Wear a condom or practice abstinence in all others.

It shouldn't, but both parties have to continue onto their life.

Conservatives:. They are pro birth, not life, they could a frick about that child, only that it's born, not how horrible the situation that child is born into. They also won't adopting these non aborted children, even tho life is so precious.

Liberals: pro abortion, not choice. They use the choice as a lie, like conservatives use the pro life tag. They got qnt to be able to kill a fetus at any stage of pregnancy, and wouldn't like killing it after birth. Liberals are the filth of the world, but never under estimate the hipocsrisy that conservatives wield with the pro life bullshite.

1 party a birther, and other is pro killing babiee/fetuses

Conservatives want to help people, they just don't want people living off government assistance to turn into a lifestyle. They want assistance to be temporary.

No, and 99.9% of the population shouldn't either.

It is just "Current Thingism"

It's not, really. It's just another issue they use to divide us - much like race.

The number of children murdered in the womb shouldn’t be any more important than the number of children murdered in schools.

Period.

I really don't care - if people in a particular state want it legal, they should vote and pass laws to make it legal - it's not a court's place to decide an issue like this - and it never was.

People make a big deal about it because many see it as an individual right. Right up there with the right to bear arms and the right to have any religious beliefs and practices. People in the US tend to put away other issues when they feel their individual rights are at stake.

neither of which require mental and legal gymnastics - because they are specifically listed as the 1st and 2nd amendments to the fricking Constitution.

Because birthrates are declining and without future worker bees to pay taxes we lose money....gotta force breeding for future tax revenue

Well the two you mention are explicitly stated in the constitution. Pick better comparisons
