Went to the gym, read about the housing market, and capital expenditure outlook for facing companies for 2019. Today was a light work day, in and out of meetings mostly because we just sent out stuff to clients last week so waiting to get some stuff back. I also helped a buddy with some tax advice on a business he's starting.

According to Jim Harbaugh you can, but I'm skeptical.

I tired running once and got winded pretty quick - it sucked. I tried lifting weights once and I was so sore the next day I couldn't take a shite. That was like 20 years ago and have never tried to exercise since.

I benched 240 today so it's doubtful. I haven't been tested so I can't say with certainty I guess.

5’11” 210 so I am obese. I am sure there are medical issues on the horizon, but currently only crap they will attribute to stress. Nothing major as far as BP or cholesterol, etc.

No you didn’t

You weigh 140 lbs.

You’re not benching 240 lbs

I payed $10 for a bottle to last 3 months

I track everything I eat, and I’m not getting enough iron, vitamin A and C, and other minerals.

Take a trek around a hospital and see how many folks have iron deficient anemia. You’d be surprised. Simple multivitamin helps and boosts your immune system

Then why not so something now to possibly prevent medical issues on the horizon that can take you away from your family?

Meh... having a high BF% would be more of a concern vs being "obese" on the BMI scale.

You aren't truly obese unless you are 35% or over BF

Maybe I just have good genetics and bone structure

But I’m 5’9” 205 right now, was 250 2 years ago. I’m not obese by a long shot.

You are a big dude baw. I'm 6" taller than you and 20 lbs heavier and could stand to lose 15-20 lbs.

I have major BP issues. Much of it hereditary. I had a 32" waist and a 170/110 BP.
