Just fwiw, no way their body fat is 6%. We just had this conversation at work where some of us have to have our body fat percentage taken. There's a chick about 5'2 and 90 pounds and her body fat is 15% +. She said that was low enough that her health insurance was charging her for being to skinny. Women are just built differently.

I've heard women have two bladders. They're just built differently.

But you're right though, it is really hard to get anything less than 10% body fat for a woman unless you're literally dying.
