Why does no one invest in NOLA East? Actually, why does no one invest in New Orleans?

Every time I come back to visit I see loads of potential in a sea of abandoned and run down buildings. After living in places like Nashville, Atlanta, and Charlotte, it pains me to see my city and the surrounding areas look the way it does. It’s like New Orleans is stuck in the 90s. Poor infrastructure all around. /Rant
