What happens when the spread of many things (sociology economic, education, health, etc) between races closes?

This is the exact answer, in a nutshell.

"You are oppressed by white people who have all the power and have kept you down for centuries with their white supremacy! They are the cause of all of your ills and woes in life, it's not your fault! Vote for us/me, and we'll fix it!"

Despite the fact that it's usually a white dude (politician) or white woman (news anchor/influencer) saying these things and making these people believe it

They prey on the weak minded, lazy, and gullible facets of our society that have no self-accountability for their actions and just want to blame someone else for their failures. If any of you work with younger-aged individuals, it's apparent that this tactic has worked and has been drilled into their brains. It should be noted that I'm only 35, but the gap between my age group and those even 10 years younger is as wide as the grand canyon.

They are not accountable for their own actions, their own advancement, or their own failures. It's always someone/something else's fault outside of their control, despite the fact that they don't give a shite enough to simply try harder and be accountable for themselves. They'd rather stay buried in their phones and social media while playing a victim, than actually putting in effort to succeed and better themselves. Why not, when they can just chalk it up to being someone or something else's fault?

This is a direct result of being told that some homogenous group - such as white people or boomers - have been oppressing them their whole lives and it's unfair from every angle since childhood. This is why teaching CRT in schools will lead to rampant crime and poverty - because if you're taught from childhood that you're a victim and every member of a certain race or demographic is out to get you, then why try to be a decent member of society at all? You had no hope from the outset because you're doomed due to being oppressed.

We're on the knife's edge right now as a society, and nobody is doing anything to make it better. We're constantly drilling it into minorities' heads that white people and boomers are evil, racist, and want to oppress them. We're teaching them that the government and all of it's branches are their only savior, and to depend on them to dig them out of this "racism hole" they're in. That they're OWED it.

It's only going to get worse with more government handouts and dependence, constantly occuring. It's only going to get worse with more race-based rhetoric, constantly occuring. It's only going to get worse with more victim/oppressor mentality being shoveled on to the heap, constantly occuring. It's only going to get worse with the decay of morals and value of life, constantly occuring.

And most importantly, it's only going to get worse with the lack of self-accountability running rampant. Constantly occuring.

Turn it all off. Remove apps from your phone. Cut cable. Put your phone in the drawer. Start with that.
We are under a massive Pay-op. Your government hates you and everything you stand for.
Become ungovernable.

If you can convince a large number of people that there is a problem, you can get elected and have a great career.

You have to define the problem as a hinderance to you succeeding in life.
The problem is not your fault so you are a victim. The person elected can fix the problem so you are not in pain.
Work requires effort and pain so the elected takes care of your pain even if the problem shifts to a different group of people. At least you will be happy.

For the larger portion of society…No debating skills because more and more people don’t talk to each other.

For special interests folks…division, divide and conquer, money making, weaken society, keep people from unifying
