Because if we can't make everything about race, we may have to realize that when people criticize something/someone there may actually be some truth there.

Because it's any easy claim. If you fight it or disagree with it, it just amplifies the claim. If you say it isn't racial, its because you are a racist. The logic is way wrong, but it has been used so much that society believes it now.

It’s not necessarily about race, It’s about division,. If you could snap your fingers and make everybody in the United States the same color they would still find a way to divide us. And by “they” I mean the politicians, leftists and the MSM that do their bidding.
