dammit. My son just planned for the Oct 26 to be the day he asks my future daughter n law to marry him. Because it is my wife's birthday he wanted to do it on that day because my future daughter n law said last year that if the time ever came that he would ask her to marry him, she wanted him to do it in front of her parents and his. This sucks. Any suggestions?

Because a lot of guys are pussies and don’t stand up to their women.

Should have raised your son to be a better tiger fan. I blame the parents in this situation.

Am I reading that wrong or is that the engagement and not the wedding?

Do you know what a wedding is?

If he ends up scheduling the ACTUAL WEDDING during football season, then the only logical thing to do is to disown him, and then kys for not raising him right. Because football is everything!

No I think we are reading it correctly. Does the OP realize that asking someone to marry you is not a wedding?

OP...clear this up for us please or else we are gonna question your level of intelligence.

frick you bro. You choose to complain about some stupid minor shite instead of being happy for your son.

Schedule it for the second half. Everybody will leave by then and can go to the wedding.

That’s also opening weekend of rifle season in Area 2.

I scheduled mine for a bye week. Told the fiancé that we could have it in the fall, but it has to be a bye week.

I’m sure your wedding and child’s birthday parties never fricked anyone else’s plans up.

You sound like a swell dad.
