But you called it a wedding. And it isn't.
Pretty sure a proposal lasts about 5 minutes.

frick you bro. You choose to complain about some stupid minor shite instead of being happy for your son.
Is that you Tyler?

Good God. Tell your son to RUN.

Still not a wedding though.
And a proposal can happen any day of the week. Shame though that you are whining here as if you expect your son to schedule when he is gonna ask the woman he loves to marry him around your convenience.

It is set up at a nice restaurant that has a private room. We are all to be there as a surprise party would be. When she walks in and sees everyone, he will then get down on his knee and propose in front of families.

Can you? You put wedding in the title of your thread.

She seems like a great gal. Making stipulations on how your son can propose. Most women would just be glad somebody asked em.

Have it a Friday night then.

Weddings are a personal decision that affects your personal life. Football is a game that other people play and doesn’t affect your personal life.

You sound like an awesome father. So selfless. Only caring about his son's happiness.

Not sure if this is a proposal or wedding, but if football is more important to you than your son, I’m really not sure what to say at this point. Sad.

Why does football season have to conflict with fall weddings?
Posted on 8/18/19 at 10:51 am to lsunurse
Not to mention his wife’s birthday.

I found the problem.

I have another question as well...you said your wife's bday is Oct 26.
So you mean to tell me even if this whole proposal thing was not going on....you wouldn't do something with her on her bday cause it would cause you to miss a game?

I got married on the day of the Alabama-Arkansas game. Now I'm divorced. Coincidence?
Of course it is. It's one day out of a lifetime. I can give up a football game for a soon to be wife. As I get older I realize how little this kind of shite matters.
