Well then we're of the same opinion. I only ever see old men wearing it in the correct style/fashion. The average dude you see wearing one looks like a Dbag. In past times when they were more commonly worn, people dressed a lot better. Jeans and t-shirts didn't really even exist then though.

I don't understand why bitches can't get the concept that a fedora and a trilby are two different types of hats.
I wear something like this most of the summer, and I give no fricks whether anyone likes it or not. I wear it with my cargo shorts and leather sandals, and if it bothers you, piss off. I'm not asking you to wear either.
My dad wears a trilby when he goes out. Calls it his "go to hell" hat. I assume that's because if you don't like it, you can go to hell.
ETA: Every picture in this thread, besides the drawing of the old school men in suits, is of a trilby, not a fedora.

I wear them from time to time because I like them. They go with nicer clothes... not hoodies and tshirts. Those people look like tools.
