Do I need one of these 25 year old chubby personal trainers to teach me how to back peddle with rubber bands around my calves?

So true.

It is hilarious how many personal trainers are out-of-shape.

I guess they sell it as do as I say not as I do?

Please, trust the degree on my wall from that weekend course where 99% of students passed -everyone except for the guy who failed the drug test.

I don't trust trainers who are out-of-shape or doctors who are obese. What do they know about successfully leading a healthy lifestyle? They know about it IN THEORY.

I know, I'm awesome like that.

Also, I like resistance bands as well.

You may be surprised at how unreceptive some of these types can be about being "criticized" (their words) about how they are using machines.

They get it in their heads that is how they need to use it and that's that.

what is the Bane breathing apparatus mask people wear when riding the treadmill?

Ooooh you think exercise is your ally? You merely adopted the gym....I was born in it, molded by it.

You did anaerobic exercise then aerobic exercise, whilst they were performing both simultaneously.

Sounds like it's working. Changing the fat culture one slob at a time.

What is wrong with this?

Because it was a woman?
A mother?
40 years old?
3 kids?
Because she was flipping tires?

But at what cost, Bane?

There are certain things I wouldn't do even if it made me look like Arnold in his prime. Douchey Bane mask, hip thrusts, and inner thigh squeezes, are among those things. But I have a long list.

Crossfit and similar exercises and programs are a major source of workout-related injuries.

Debra, mother of 3, does not need to join a cult and train for the NFL in order to get in shape.

She just needs to stop eating donuts and scones for breakfast with a Starbucks Triple Sugar shake with a dash of coffee and exercise at moderate intensity for 45 mins to an hour 3-4 times per week.

Basically, why does any human being not playing a professional sport need to be flipping tires.

...or pulling a sled for that matter.

....or working in their back peddle mechanics with rubber bands.

“Hey ol Sandy, down in the cul de sac may be a little plump, but she has a back peddle similar to Donovan McNabb. WYHI?”

I’m in good shape from doing man’s work, Chief. Not sitting behind a desk for 40 hours a week.

I only joined the gym to get the ol’ lady off my arse. Plus she wanted to start going, so it’s something we do together.
