If you drive a diesel truck to get you to class everyday or back and forth from your office job, you are a frick tard. Nothing wrong with people who actually need a truck as opposed to an SUV or car.

I like sitting higher. I can say this, when the flood happened no one with a car could go anywhere. Only people with trucks could make it out my neighborhood to help others or themselves.

Here are list of things I use my truck bed for

lanscaping material
furniture
hunting stuff
anything dirty
gas cans
building materials

Because in a wreck the guy with the biggest bumper wins.

. The point is that no one who uses a truck uses it for its benefits

Slam into the back of my F150 with a camaro and you might see where the positive side of having a truck is.

On a track yes and maybe occasionally momentarily speed. But unlike 90% of truck drivers and really all drivers tbh I actually use my blinker and go the speed limit.

What about my diesel BMW SUV? It's not a truck but it's still a diesel.

I got better gas mileage in my diesel 3/4 ton than my gas 3/4 ton. By better, I mean double. What's the problem with diesel now?

I like your answer.

Actually I drive a Hyundai Elantra (a subcompact) with a trailer hitch. The few times I need extra carrying capacity, I pay $8 for a trailer rental.

The other 99.99% of the time I do not take up 2 parking places or 2 lanes of traffic.

And I can park my car on a dime. I park in places you truckers only dream about.
