re: Why do Millenials and Boomers hate each other?

What’s hilarious to me is millennials blame boomers for all that is wrong with the country. But they don’t realize it was the laws and policies passed and enacted by progressives that created all these problems. And what do the millennials think will solve all these policies? Even more progressive policies! Hell, they’re wanting to go even further than the progressives in the Boomer Generation to the point they’re embracing full-blown Socialism in huge numbers. You can’t make this shite up.
Where at in Bama you live? A good portion of Bama owes a lot to socialism. This board is quite fond of Huntsville. That place exists thanks to socialist policies. TVA and Redstone laugh. Tennessee free market monopolies got so scared of how well Socialist internet was working in Chattanooga, they had to pay off the state legislature to enact laws to prevent it from spreading. Tennessee has free tuition for college now. God damn Socialism, these darn blue states have it wrong, huh.

Millennials keep spouting this bull shite. Where is your evidence?
College is much more expensive now. It's harder to pay for college so students graduate with more debt. Combine that with the cost of living rising much higher than wages means young people today don't have the same amount of disposable income as their parents generation.

I agree with this.

What I see, as a Generation X’er

Boomers are more likely to be ideologues and form opinions based on what political ideology dictates while Millennials are more likely to consider evidence when forming opinions.

I’m proud to be a member of the slacker, shite bird generation known as Generation X. That’s why “The Big Lebowski” is our generations anthem and we just dgaf about greed and mammon. The rest of you capitalist pig generations can kiss the collective arse of us X’ers.

Of course a Gen Xer wouldn't care enough to know his hero would qualify as a Boomer.

Almost 100% of millennials woes have been caused by their own choices. Where you live, what you majored in, where you went to college, what you expected from your college experience, what you choose to buy, drive, live in, wear, what kind of jobs you want to work, your vacations, entertainment. Inflation has been almost nonexistent for 30 years. Housing is more affordable now than in 40 years. Millennials are a bunch of whiney little bitches that want a 15% raise every year for showing up for work on time, think they deserve a 3000 sq foot house and a brand new car every 4 years. It's going to be fun watching them shite their pants when a recession hits and they start facing layoffs. 2008 was nothing.

Millenials will ridicule the subsequent generations for being soft, having it so easy, complaining all the time.

The hate on millennials has now reached preemptive strike level.

Evidently nit, since socialism is so popular among that generation yet the overwhelming majority cannot define it
Millenials are the least knowledgeable about civics, geography etc yet are just as likely to form strong opinions

You are confusing Millennials with Generation Z. Or maybe I am. Who cares.
