It's common knowledge that men age better and stay good-looking longer than women. It's not just something that the OP made up suddenly.
I guess that's a matter of opinion, I prefer the looks of women to men and like I said I think a lot of this board is in the closet.

What's the science behind the reason men age like fine wine and women rot like grapes (as the saying goes)?
Estrogen and the way their skin and fat layer attaches underneath.

I always assumed it was the makeup. Putting that stuff on and taking it off every day can't be good for the skin.

Isn't Raquel Welch the same age as Keith Richards? Cindy Crawford is approximately the same age as Gary Bussey??

One quick glance at Facebook should wrap this one up.

That's part of it. Not necessarily the makeup itself but concealing flaws until they're too big to hide. Instead of gracefully aging, it's like the mask is pulled off.

Probably because most men don't put makeup on their faces every day of the week. No telling what they put in that stuff.

Men definitely look great into their 50s and 60s if they stay fit
Women not so much
Women not so much

I'm not going to read all five pages to see if someone said the real answer already, but men have more collagen in their skin.

The old adage - When men get older, they look like Sean Connery. Problem is, so do women.

Biology
Women's aging is directly correlated to their fertility. It's why they burn hot and short, while men burn slow and long
Back in caveman times how youthful a woman looked meant she was fertile. They age quicker to show they are no longer fertile or no longer as fertile. But when they are young and fertile they have that radiant glow.

Why Do Men Age Better than Women
It is really simple; there is very little in life to truly worry about and men worry about these few things. Women worry constantly about stupid shite, most of which is hypothetical and none of which is consequential. It wears them out.
Next question, please.
