Didn’t get embarrassed in front of my family. Just said sorry and yeah that’s why we’re leaving and we were on our way simple as that. I think the guy wasn’t trying to be an a-hole he just came across that way and I made this thread to ask why it is that a significant portion of golfers are the same in that regard.
Also to the guy who said we were trespassing, we weren’t. We paid just as much as he did to stay there.

Incorrect. The condo was on the golf course it’s a whole complex. You pay for the condo and you have access to play 18 holes. But like I said, I don’t deny that I was wrong for being on the course at that time just didn’t like the tone the guy used with me. Not sure what part of that is so hard for y’all to understand.

Yes, you paid for the entire package, which includes golf. If they also have a bike path would you and your family be allowed to go stand on the bike path? Grow the frick up. You, and others in your family, all somehow were clueless to where you were. Whether the guy was concerned for the safety of clueless idiots, or simply wanted people who did not belong there to get the hell out of the way, he clued you in, and that somehow makes HIM the dick. GTFO, figuratively speaking, and in the case of being on the golf course, literally.

Once again y’all are misinterpreting what the point of the post is. IDGAF THAT HE TOLD ME I SHOULDN’T BE ON THE COURSE!!! I get that I completely understand I made a wrong turn and was trying to find a way off. The problem is the ATTITUDE of the guy and how he came across when he told me and that this shitty ATTITUDE is shared amongst many golfers that I have met throughout the years.
