Uh, if you measure it by the cup and your goal is to lose weight...then well, I hate to break it to you but that's fairly unhealthy. For shits and giggles I googled "all ranch dressing weight loss plan" and guess what, Nothing came up.

I have an even better question. Why do people wear street clothes in the steam room? I see people in there actually wearing things like converse shoes with socks and hoodies. Wtf?

Do you even read baw? Back to my first comment, if a person is smothering their salad with ranch then they are not doing a damn thing with regard to weight-loss. I use ranch every so often and there is a thing written on back of the bottle called "serving size." Try not to double that number and you'll be ok. Otherwise you should try a nice vinaigrette. Free advice only 5cents.

And the gym I go to isn't like super fancy, so these areas are actually kind of gross to me. I'd be worried about getting some sort of infection hanging out in there too much
