Walk around a hospital and see how many poor saps are there with COPD. shite was incredible. Give them a few inhalers, counsel on cessation and they are back in the hospital 2 weeks later because they cannot stop smoking

Two of my patients in clinic, same thing.
7/pack, one a day. 50 a week. 200 a month. 2400 a year.
One of which struggles to pay her bills. It's insane.
