You from shithole Alabama? I can assure you no one from Norway prefers to move to Alabama. Or Louisiana. Or anywhere in the south.
They’d move here to find jobs in places you likely despise and consider liberal areas of the country like California or New York City.
It’s just funny to read these posts about how America should accept the best and brightest from likely fat fricks with shitty public school education living in areas of the country known for said shitty education. The south is the fattest, poorest and dumbest part of the country. Yet y’all probably think you’re the best and brightest.

Two people that were briefed on a meeting know exactly what was said? Forgive me if I don’t take it as gospel. Why should I could if he really did say it? That may have been ok to do back before the 24 hour news cycle and social media while in a closed session wherein people you trusted to keep their fricking mouths shut laughed at your brazen, perhaps light hearted or sarcastic, remark. But we all know that's no longer the world in which we live and that Trump's every off the cuff musing will be taken down by someone and used against him.
The funniest thing though was Jake Tapper, as the morality police, telling parents they may want to cover their children's ears before he said "shithole." That was fricking gold.
ETA - Aside from which, the answer is self evident from the question: they live in shithole countries. Of course they want to leave the shithole country they live in to come and live in a country like America. Jesus Christ.

Also, since immigration restrictions are pretty difficult for Nigerians that aren't either leaving to study in the US or in a very specialized profession, most of those degrees were likely received at US colleges.

Every African person I ever met doesn't like black Americans. They work hard at home to survive. They come to America because they know if they work hard, they can make build a decent life for them and their families.
Personally, I think it's fricking stupid to want to keep hard working people from coming to our country. We need all that we can get. But we got this a-hole who doesn't have a clue what it's like to live like the average American, making decisions for us.
It still amazes me that people the most not like him are the ones who support him the most.
