Boohoo. Spank your kids and they will learn that actions have consequences. I was deathly afraid of my father when I was out of line as a kid and now he is my best friend for that.

When I was a kid, the pivotal ages, 8-12, I was weak because my parents never taught me anything. My parents didn't socialize. I didn't have many friends outside the few kids in my class.

I was served up on a platter. My father never roughhoused with me and I think that was part of it. I wasn't prepared for rough play or knowing how to manage emotions.

My child won't have anything drastically different but I think exposure to mild contact sports early on will help...whether thats just wrestling, karate or even football.

Travel ball dads. Almost any dad whose kid plays offense in any sport. Douchebags creating douchebags.

You likely understand what I'm talking about. When my kid played goalie, I could be behind the goal, 30 yards from Jaxson and Jayden's dads running their mouths, coaching from the sidelines and insulting defensive players. Now my kid just plays long pole D, which means I can't stay as far away from those f$ckhead dads to avoid hearing their shite.

Any every hotel worker on the planet hates travel ball parents.

The typical approach for the low-IQ populous. Not smart enough to be an effective parent so just resort to hitting.

This is just psychotic.

Absolutely, they all truly believe that their kids will be the next Messi and the only reason they lost is because of the "defense not playing well enough."

Side note: I've seen Messi play in-person and it is absolutely fricking magical.

Kids are cruel to each other and probably always will be to some degree.

This 100% comes from the attitude of the parents. Moms are toxic, and dudes just nod and think they might get laid in April, once.
