As long as it's not a rash decision and done by someone that is actually a good artist, I don't see the issue. A bad tattoo can certainly make a pretty girl less attractive but I don't think an appropriately placed and sized feminine tattoo makes a pretty girl less attractive.

They arent comfortable in their own body. Society is working on their psyche making them want to hide behind a wall of ink, dye or piercings.

The tattoo trend, for average joes, started in the 90's. Before that it was people in the military or biJoe's,
