Having served on a grand jury in Texas that indicted over 1,000 people for felonies: it’s dumbasses committing dumbass crimes.
It’s just one really stupid person after another doing something really blatant for which they’re either easily or immediately apprehend.
Low IQ and poor impulse control seem to go hand in hand. My observation was that they all seemed to just be unable to stop for a second and think “what are the potential consequences of this?”

Instincts, our instincts think it’s 10,000 BC and not 2018 AD. Smart women know the difference, dumb ones don’t. Show a dumb woman a bully with 3 convictions and 4 chest tats and she thinks “WOW!
