Why are certain people so loud in public?

Here I am waiting in line at Popeyes over in Lincoln and the group of people in front of me are loud as frick, screaming and hopping around just making a scene in general. Everyone is looking at them and they still dont give a frick?

I’m a loud person. I’ve been told my voice booms, projects.
I don’t need a microphone.
I’m probably too loud for quiet environments. The only time I’m quiet is when I consciously drop the timbre of my voice and it still projects.
I’ve been told that my dulcet gravelly tone has a...certain effect.
