I joke about women and their aging because I know they're sensitive about it, but if I'm being honest, women can look fantastic well into their 40's if they just take care of themselves. Same is true with men.
If you eat well, sleep well, stay active and take care of your skin, you won't see much of a drop-off from 30-40. Some women actually take care of themselves better as they get into their late 30's and end up looking better than they did when they were younger.
