This is true. I've always been accused of being 10 years younger than I really am (39 now).
I eat pretty good, work out, run and use a few daily moisturizers on my face.

Ok, Im older than 40, but I always thought women in their 40's were sexy as hell. They tend to know what they want, and are good partners than in younger years.
