Sandy Palmer, made every move with me perfectly since I hit puberty.

A celebrity here, no doubt.

My parents live about 100 yards from Willie, Jase and soon to be neighbor Jep Roberton. Their property used to be my prime hunting spot for shooting birds with my pellet gun when I was a kid. The curious drive-by traffic got so bad they had to put up a gate to block the street.

Next door neighbor did the weather in Kansas City and also Bowling for Dollars. Very nice guy. He got us autographed pictures of Len Dawson who did the sports on the same channel.

When we lived in Pittsburgh we had Myron Cope a few doors down. The inventor of the Terrible Towel. Nice guy too.

When I was younger, it was Olympic Gold Medalist and Brewer's pitching ace Ben Sheets.

A close friend of mine who stood in my wedding grew up with Steph and his family in Davidson. He still talks to Steph but never talks about it with anyone. You have to pry it out of him, which I always thought was cooler than actually knowing him

Yeah it definitely makes it more fun. My roommate doesn't talk about him all the time but I also don't have to work really hard to get him to talk about him. I'm actually in the process of getting him to get Steph to hook us up with tickets to the Pelicans vs Warriors game later this season

And I wasn't hassling him about that or anything. I just pitched the idea to him and he was cool with it. Besides, he says Steph has tried to get him to go to one of his games in New Orleans before, but the dates never worked out

Like a modern day Edison. Can't believe I've never heard of him.

One of my neighbors just built a submarine. He will either be famous or committed soon.

I used to live down the street from jay paterno (joe paterno's son). And while growing up Todd Bowles ex-wife moved in across the street. They separated on good terms because he helped move her in. This was after Bowles was out of football and before he started coaching.

Yea, my folks packed it up and moved to a gated community on Lake Conroe.
The JV police are still strict as shite. They hold the Guinness book of world records for most lights on an SUV

DJ Paul and Bill Dance.

Zack Myers from Shinedown lives closer but isn't as famous.

JT has a place just as close. But it's been for sale and they haven't stayed there for at least a year.

John Daly lived about 7 houses down from me. But that was before I moved into the neighborhood.

Stallings can hit the crap out of it but his short game needs help. I think he is moving to Arizona for good, house was on the market for a little while. A lot of HS/college golf teams traveling to Knoxville use the house to sleep in while he and his family are out on tour. We have about 20 houses in the neighborhood and have had 5 HGTV shows filmed in here because HGTV is based here in Knoxville

I remember they pulled over the ice cream man for a noise violation or some shite when I was growing up

There was probably 5 serious crimes committed while living there, but somehow they would have a new fleet of pimped out Tahoes every year
