How about posting some actual ages

OmniPundit is 81 but he's an Alabama fan so that doesn't count.

As far as I know, I'm the oldest poster on TD, unless Methuselah wants to claim the title; I'm 81. A couple of weeks ago, there was a thread here about the Doolittle bombing of Tokyo on 18 Apr 1942. That is the oldest thing I can remember. I can't remember anything about it, other than the family talking about we had bombed Japan. I was about 3 1/2.

Except we’ve had posters that actually died.

He does not... I'm on the other side off of 105...
Fallguy, most people like that area of the country up there. Except some pathetic, moronic tryhards who just go out of the way to try to be a dick.

Can you remember who they are?

If I'm not mistaken ChineseBandit is in his early 80s
ETA - also a poster named GeorgeWest or something of the sort that's 78-ish

What is hard to fathom is a large mass of us started posting here in our mid 20's. And now we are in our 40's.

Chinese Bandit.
Wow. I worked with a guy who was a Chinese Bandit. He was from Atlanta. Played his freshman year at Notre Dame and then transferred to LSU. Had the SEC Championship football rings Sugar Bowl rings and everything. He was a salesman in a company I worked for. Sadly he is dead now. He was a really good guy. This was a long time ago, but you could go to almost any bar with him and drink free all night long. He knew many-many movers and shakers in Louisiana and many-many people knew him.
