Waiting for the release of the foldable from Samsung.

Supposedly going to debut it in november.

I'll be buying the SO a new iPhone for xmas though. Her poor 6 has had the screen replaced 3x and is about ready to bite the dust.

Which makes me like Apple even more. I love knowing I can buy a product and use it for a long time. If they innovated at the rate the iphone was created then they would have built a time machine by now. I don't have high expectations except they will come out with high quality products.

I am still using an ipad 2 and an iphone 6. I have no reason to upgrade either. Great products and will buy apple when I need to upgrade.

Good post. I'm not sure what people expect. There's only so much a thin piece of tech can realistically do right now

A company to not deliberately slow their older models down to force people to spend another grand on a phone that has very few upgrades from the older one.

Been a while since any company has released a "killer app".

It ended up working out the best for everyone though. They did it to make battery life better, but they should of never made it mandatory. In the end, battery replacements are super cheap now for OEM battery replacements because of this dumb move.

No, runs fairly well for a 4 year old phone. My biggest pain point is it has a hard time keeping apps suspended in the background without killing them. I'm not sure if it's because apps are so much bigger now compared to 2-3 years ago or if the RAM isn't working properly.

It shouldn't. I've been running the betas on my 6+ and it's been fine.

All my pictures and videos save to the sd card. Only aps on the main storage. It's the 4k video and 12mp.pictures that kill space.
