It amazes me how people are surprised how Uncle Dan reacted. It's going to come to a boiling point soon I fear and these fools gonna FAFO. That is 100% assault...the siren in the ear can cause permanent hearing damage, and to pretend that the guy in the red jacket wasn't instigating everything by assaulting the guy with the flag would be inaccurate. You can't go around causing permanent harm to someone just because you don't like their opinion. So, after getting his arse kicked, the guy in the red jacket should have been hauled off to jail.
