Based on the examples, that sounds like A is actually the answer. She loves me, she's into me. B sounds like she's just going through the motions in the relationship and not just in the sack. No thanks to that kind of woman. I don't care how good she looks.
However, just how ugly is A? Is she just kinda meh, or is she flat out, downright, dog arse ugly? If she's meh, then she's my answer all day long. All the other stuff makeup for that. If she's downright just ugly and can't look at her, then I'd have to go with B.

A. They have fat shots now. The weight can be managed with diet and exercise, framed that "we want to be healthy for each other so we'll live long lives together."
