Does Galveston have any nice topless bars, with pretty girls?

I went to their Mardi Gras once. It was like going into one of those 1980's "Under 21" bars in Dallas that served beer and wine only. Teenage girls were begging anyone over 21 to buy them drinks. I was in my early 30's out with some buddies from Dallas and a friend from Houston. It was very disappointing. I was reminded of the Dallas people telling me the Texas vs OU crowds in downtown were like Mardi Gras. All it was was people walking up and down one street. You had to walk one way on one side of the street, and in the opposite direction on the other side. If you stopped to talk with someone, cops told you to "Move on". Every so often a car would drive thru and someone would say something nasty about one of the schools.

I've read about how, back in the day, when a man could buy his way out of trouble, the scene down there was crazy.

That must have been post shooting , circa 1992? Yea, that all died when the cops cracked down. But Galveston is a weird place, it could be cool weird if the right people got in there and opened some retro bars.
