Who wants to buy the old Circle Bowl with me? Only $1.85 million!

I was just clicking around on the internet and decided that this would be great to own. Especially if you set it up all retro and got bands to play and stuff.
Now I just need to collect the nearly $2 mil it would take to buy it and I'm gold...

Amazon employees are gonna need something to do on their 15 minute lunch break. Huge investment opportunity.

The place was nice. I am sad it closed.

If I had the capital to do completely renovate it too, hell yeah.

Maybe Rock n Bowl would buy it.

I feel like you'd spend a lot of time having to fend off Airline and Florida bums...

I would think you could make some money. It's not in the best area but better than that other place.

That land will eventually be sold for some multi-use development. It's not in a terrible location tbh.

I agree. Amazon’s new facility should provide at least a temporary bump in value for developments on those frontage roads on Florida/Airline

The location sucks these days and I don’t mean the physical building.
Access to it is on the access road running along Florida, which is annoying to get in and out of.
The area around it has taken a downturn but is not full on ghetto like Metro Bowl’s area.
In addition, there is a lot of competition between All Star Lanes, Quarters, Main Event, etc., meaning that there are already a lot of lanes available at any given time.
In general, I wouldn’t see a big market for spending about $2m+ between the property itself and renovations to reopen it.

I'm in for 25% ownership, contingent that I get first dibs on the best available hot pink 8lb ball

Quarters, Main Event
These two don’t even have real lanes. No even halfway serious bowler is going to bowl at either of these.

Serious bowlers will already be in a league at All Star.

Make it the OT clubhouse.

No to mention there are some good neighborhoods adjacent with plenty of nearby land for other future developments. Even though Perkins Rowe was not that successful, most other cities are building nice multi-use developments like it.

You’re being generous. They’re barely allowed to piss.
