How does it "melt in?" It isn't going to cross the shells and it can't surround the crawfish like spicy water.

People will believe anything

That’s the funniest thing I’ve ever heard

“Melt in”.

Please tell me people don’t actually believe that

Not a lot going on in Many. They’re by the lake with a Negreet address though. Even fewer people out there.

Ah the newer place. I've noticed it and have been intrigued. I shall hurry up and give it a try. Thanks for that reminder.

Someone help me understand what throwing seasoning on the outside of the shells does for the actual crawfish tail located on the interior. You dont eat the shells. Ive never had someone pour tonys on top so im not sure if it somehow permeates to the tail meat or not, but I would bet money that it doesnt...

Not a gotdamn thing.

You might as well just eat spoonfuls of seasoning and save the money you’ve been spending on crawfish.

It puts spice around your lips which I hate. And if you have cuts on your hands or fingers watch out.

It's dumb, but their thought process is to get it on your hands/shell, then hands to mouth with meat/shell.

After dousing with Lea & Perrins and Tony’s, you keep the ice chest shut tight for 20 minutes.

The steaming action further seasons the crawfish, making them so much better than your Stone Age technique.

Wrong. What you do is create a salt sludge that after about 1-2 pounds you start tasting nothing but “dust” and overwhelming “salt”.

Season your water. Let them soak appropriately. It’s not that hard.

No, the thought process should be to get the seasoning to steam into the crawfish.
